How long does shipping take?
We ship all standard products with 3-5 business days and shipping usually takes up to 3 business days depending on your location. Rural addresses and North island locations may take longer than this. Please email us for a tailored shipping estimate.
How long will it take to make my commissioned product?
This depends entirely on the level of detail required and our line of communication. We will only start to create your personalised product once you have confirmed you are happy with the design. We will update you once it has been completed and is ready to ship.
What is your refunds policy?
All standard products are returnable within 28 days of purchase providing they are received in the same condition. Unfortunately we can not refund commissions.
Is your taxidermy ethically sourced?
We love animals and would never harm one. All of our taxidermy is either foraged from woodland floors post mortem or collected from game shooters who are ensuring farms remain pest free.
